Does any of this sound familiar?

Being a human can be challenging, no matter what stage of life you are in. You may be experiencing new symptoms of anxiety or depression, sleep issues, or mood disturbances. These may be feelings you have brushed aside during the business of life, and now your body is telling you it’s time to take care of yourself.

You have dealt with chronic pain for years, it exhausts you every day, people around you don’t seem to understand, sleep and mood feel unbalanced.

It’s been a battle for years to not lose things, stay on task, manage your time, make decisions, and be organized. You may wonder if you have ADHD, social media says you do… but you need help figuring it out, deciding if meds are the right choice.

You may be pregnant or postpartum and want to talk with someone about your feelings and emotions. You have concerns that you are struggling with anxiety or depression, and you want to discuss options for possible medications or therapy. You may have experienced a traumatic pregnancy, birth, or loss of a baby.

You belong in some way to the LGBTQIA+ community and it’s a priority for you to connect with a provider who respects, honors, and values you and your loved ones!

I look forward to us getting to know one another through the experience of your mental health journey. As a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner my training and skills allow me to diagnose mental health conditions, prescribe medications, and conduct therapy. The most valuable part of the process is learning about you and understanding your needs. I hope to build a trusting provider/patient relationship, and that starts with describing a little about myself.
